	Step 1: ACTIVATE THE SCRIPT Prior to visiting the property, the agent chooses a premade script. She can modify this script to fit her particular needs – all point-and-click from the keypad of any internet browser. There is no programming involved! 	Step 2: SELECT A TEMPLATE The agent selects a template – this simply allows you to use your creativity in designing the layout of your ad.
